There were two unique sites (US and EU) created on the Shopify platform. The content, currencies, promotions and available inventories were unique on each site. The US site was fulfilled by warehouses in California and Florida. Both sites were maintained by the marketing team in the Florida headquarters. As Creative Director, my role was to manage the redesign of the site, and online sales. YoY sales doubled in the first calendar year after redesign. On the second year, the site was on pace to double sales again before the company was forced to close it's doors due to complications in funding.

We implemented video pre-rolls of product ambassadors throughout the site. If a user paused or interacted with a hero image on a page a video of that scene began to play a short 30 second loop. This functionality worked on mobile devices after a click from the user.
